I have seen quite a few sightings in RCI for Manhattan Club, but have never seen one in II. Has anybody ever seen them? Has any body ever gotten one? Why are there so few in II?

II has only the newer "Penthouse" units, I doubt many are being deposited yet. -

Last year, someone said that there are only 24 physical units of the "penthouse" type available to II, whereas there are 240 physical units available to RCI. I would imagine that high maintenance fees for the penthouse units also discourage II deposits.Comment

Does anyone know what the difference is in the PH vs regular rooms? Are they REALLY PH?Comment

see the link above for unit description. They sound smaller but more deluxe... generally in NYC PH means 'top floor...' so any balconies should be unobstructed from above...Originally posted by roadsisterComment
