How do you get replacement Confirmation Certificates from II? I lost it, when my hard drive died.

I am sure that they have a record of it at II. Just call them and they will re-issue it to you. Usually, I also receive a copy in the mail.

I called II and they sent me a copy via email.

I've had them fax it, e-mail and snail mail it. Other than snail mail, the documents were not pretty.
