Is II entangled in the Sunterra mess?

There is an interesting thread over at www.timesharetalk.co.uk started by former Sunterra executive turned whistleblower Ian Podesta which raises questions about II entanglement in the ongoing Sunterra circus. There are no smoking guns yet, but some interesting insight.

I have often thought that there is a collusive agreement between RCI and developers where they shuffle inventory into "leaky" availability to encourage more sales, whether it is for weeks or for points....but actually if one follows Spence's arguments, he asserts that the real allegiances are to the developers, no matter who is the exchange company.
