Since When Has Interval Imposed Travel Date Restrictions On Regular Weeks?

I have an ongoing search with one of my weeks. The week was deposited last June (a Custom House week in May 2006), and it is good to exchange through May 2008. I put in an ongoing search for the Custom House from June 28, 2007 through July 12, 2007, among other ongoing searches.

I just went to make some changes to the date of one of the other ongoing searches, and I got a message stating that, due to "travel date restrictions," my ongoing Custom House search would have to be removed.

What's going on? Is this a software glitch, or has Interval begun to implement travel date restrictions on ordinary deposits?
