So I own a Grand Vista week.


I guess you can't trade an Orlando week, for a DVC week, right?


But inside the 59 days I thought that everything was fair game?



I still never seen the DVC's available, even in the flexchange periods.

With just 3 more posts you will be able to access the Interval Exchange Opportunities forum.

Angela is famous for her posting of availability there and often has Disney weeks.

You can then compare what your week see as to what her week sees.

I used to see Disney with my sister's Puerta Vallarta week, so I imagine that your Grande Vista will too.

Even in flexchange I don't think you'll be able to get by the regional Orlando block for DVC with your Grande Vista. If you're a member of the Florida club, maybe you can reserve another Marriott in Florida and use it to trade for DVC. DVC blocks other Orlando resorts from trading into DVC at Orlando.

You should be able to trade your Grande Vista for Disney's Vero Beach or Disney's Hilton Head. But with Hilton Head, I'd rather stay at the Marriotts that are on the ocean than Disney's Hilton Head (it's not on the beach).
