AC Question

I'm going to deposit our week with II when our new account is setup. The week (8/2007) is eligible for an AC. Will we be given one for this year? Do I need to ask for it when we deposit our week?

I know nothing about II . . .

I would confirm that you get one when you get ready to deposit it. I always do it. II's AC is good for one year. There usually are exclusions on the AC that you will need to read. Most ACs will pull any size during the flex period, 0-59 days out. Beyond that there is a grid that shows you what months you can pull at each area, also it usually is limited to the size unit or smaller that you deposited, ie one bedroom would pull a one bedroom or studio.

I don't think that's true. The AC I've seen, will pull any size unit. The difference is that the cost to use the AC will increase with the bigger size units.
