Does II Shut Down?

Does II shut down there site every saturday night for maintenance like RCI? or does it happen on another day?

Yes....I think it's between 2AM, and 5AM....Or, something like that. Many times, they are not back up by five.

So is the new inventory loaded up during that time or does a lot appear like it does on RCI at midnight?

It isn't like RCI that way; new inventory seems to appear all day and usually is not there at 5 when they come back online.
