    Made my first call to SFX the other day and was not impressed. I explained that I was a newbie and wanted to explore options. The only response was "what search do you want me to put in"? I was hoping to have a conversation about options and a general explanation of the process. Possibly even a mention of what properties were available if I was flexible.(Which I am). No such luck.
    You might wish to post this annecdote in "Ask SFX" and query Mark as to the best way to approach SFX reps to effect your search strategy. I'm sure he'd want to help.

      I've been happy with II support reps as well. I've only had one minor glitch when I had a general question about using points and the rep (who I believe was new) gave me an answer that I thought was incorrect. When I mentioned this, she checked with her supervisor and corrected her earlier statement.

      On the whole, II reps seem fairly well trained from my limited experience...
