II Trade test on Saturday morning, May 5, 2007
If you would like to see how your II weeks trade, some of us are doing a fun trade test this Saturday morning, May 5, 2007, starting at
8:30 am eastern
7:30 am central
6:30 am mountain
5:30 am pacific
NOTE*
In order to make searching a little easier, we will only be using two different time frames. When you do your search, you can clump all the resorts in the same time frame together, and search simultaneously. Example....All 9/1 thru 3/1 together. Do the same with 6/1 thru 3/1.
Once you are on the 'Vacation Exchange' page in II, choose 'Resort Name Or Code' ...Type in all the codes of the resorts listed, that have the same date. Put in the dates, leave the number of adults, at 1, and then click continue. What's available to you, will be on the next page.......Leaving the # of adults at 1, (the default setting) will still allow you to see, everything that your unit has the power to pull, including 2 & 3 bdrms.
The dates were chosen because of current availability, and not necessarily demand. Although, demand was also considered. Marriott & Sheraton 'Preference Periods' were also taken into considertion. That is why some prime dates, have been eliminated, in certain areas. We wanted to search what should be available to most 5 * resorts, and perhaps, some non 5 * resorts, as well.
