How do you get the Grid to come up on an II AC? I have one that expires on April 12, 2008 and was trying to get the Grid to come up from now to April 1, 2008 and keep getting an error message.

I was trying different things and finally got it to come up - you have to start your request passed the 59 day window and end it at least a week before the AC expires.

I've tried this and it still does not work. I've used AC for several years so I thought I knew what I was doing. Any other suggestions? Thanks..

I was able to pull it up by searching for one month, outside the 59 day window using the map for one location and for two people. It then call up the grid. Try that to see if it works.
