Does II still have personal reps that one can call?

I used to be an II member about 5 years ago. At that time one could get the phone number of specific II reps who were good. Is this still possible? And if so does anyone have any reps they would recommend and their phone numbers? I may as well start out on the right foot with a good rep when I buy multiple years of membership and make one or two deposits.

Yes, you can call, and speak with a specific rep. If you are referring to your new purchase, you will be transferred to a Starwood rep, when you call II. If you find someone in particular that you are happy with, you can get their extension, or ask for them, each time you call.
