    II Treasure Hunt

    I am relatively new to II so perhaps they have done this before...I don't know.
    Inside the new magazine they send is a card that states between
    9/19/07 and 10/3/07 there will be 5 getaway weeks per day priced at $1.
    Would be fun to know if anyone ever sees one.

    The program is called Finders Keepers Getaways.

    No one else is playing?? I found one today. It was for a resort in Cancun for 11/10 to 11/17. I hesitated and POOF! it was gone. I don't believe it was one of the better resorts. If I see another one-I'll just take it and offer it up here.

      It sounds really fun. Good thing I'm not a member of II...I'd spend all day hunting!

        Tracy....I believe it's new, or at least I haven't seen it before now. I haven't been playing because I doubt the resorts are of high quality. Besides, I do enough searching on II. Don't need to look for vacations that I'm not gonna want to take, anyway.

        Good luck tho, to anyone who's playing!!!!

            I thought the same thing about the resort quality...until I read that a WM owner/TUG member got Marriott Grande Vista...granted it's Orlando and it's a studio...but it's a nice resort. They post the winners each day and tell you where they are going but they don't mention resorts. I'd be curious to know.

            I agree-you search enough as it is and did I mention I that I love you-LOL!

            There are not enough kind words for the service that you and the others provide.

                        I have spent more time than I care to admit over the last 4 or 5 days looking for these. So far, I have not found a one.

                        Oh well. Looks like some others have had pretty good luck.

                            I tried to no avail . . . I searched and searched and searched!!! I feel like I wasted soooo much time and I never found ONE! I'm actually kind of glad that it is over!!!

                            I have been a member for 10 years and they have never done it before. It was a great marketing idea. I noticed a lot of the get away weeks have gone away, so apparently through all that searching people were grabbing the good deals while searching for the $1 deals!
