If i own at 2 ii resorts can i exchange both on 1 membership or do i have to have 2?

You only need to pay for one membership. Naturally, you will need to pay the various exchange fee, etc., on each resort that you have listed with II.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

You can add resorts to your existing membership by calling II. They will require a fee to add another resort or you can pay for a year extension of membership. You will then see both resorts in your account for searching or exchanging purposes. It is fun to compare what you can "see" with the different resorts in your account. I have 6 in mine.

I think they will charge an extra fee for an additional TS under one membership. It isn't as much as a full membership.

The additional fee is just to add the second timeshare; you don't pay it every year. The fee for adding a timeshare is waived if you extend your membership at the same time. You can add multiple additional timeshares at the same time, for one fee or a one-year extension.

In a very few cases, a resort will require you to have a separate II account for just that resort, but the resort usually pays for the II fee in this case.

One thing to watch out for is that all deeds on the account must match exactly. In other words, if one timeshare is in your name, but the other is in both your name and your spouse's name, II will probably make you have two separate accounts. I've run into that problem, so I have two accounts for now. I haven't gotten around to redeeding the timeshares that are in just my name (and I might sell them instead of bothing to redo the deeds.)
