Transfer of Banked week with II?

I have a friend who has three Marriott weeks spacebanked with II that they will probably not be using. Is it possible to have these weeks transferred to another member's account like it is with RCI?

I just called and had to be put on hold while they checked with a supervisor. The answer that I eventually received was no, but often times if you call back, you get a different answer.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with this?

I know this has been discussed before on Tug and people were told that II doesn't do this. The friend can, however, make a trade and then get a gift certificate so you (or someone else) can use it.

If your friend trusts you, he can give you his account info and then you can do it online for him.

Thanks, but I was actually looking for an easy way for him to do it with someone he didn't trust.
