Sure you can!
I do this on occasion for friends and relatives. I also have them pay for the getaway themselves, with their own credit cards, by logging into our account. Our kids know they can go in anytime they want and reserve whatever, whether exchange or getaway. This takes some of the questions out of the transactions, as far as II is concerned.
