II exchange - all-inclusive fee

I am looking at joining II to exchange for Beaches Sandy Bay. I noticed that the "all-inclusive"ness of the resort requires an upgrade. What is the cost of the upgrade? Also, what do I NOT get if I don't pay for the upgrade?

If the all-inclusive is not mandatory you get nothing, if it's mandatory, you must pay the resort fee. Fees often vary by season. A few resorts sell the AI on a daily basis rather than the length of stay.

I looked around the website for a good 5 minutes and EVERYWHERE it indicated it was AI - I would call II and ask them 1. is the AI mandatory, and if it is 2. how much per person per season?....and 3. how many AIs must you pay for per suite - example:if you have 4 people in a 2BR do you pay AI fee for four or a minimum of 6? and is there a reduced rate for kids.
I exchanged into The Village at St James Club, Antigua in late Sept - AI was optional and could be purchased for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Because we were off season it was $75?in season would be $100 per person per day.
