Disney's SSR on Getaways on II - High Prices!

I just did a search on Orlando Getaways on II and up popped Disney Saratoga Springs resort. That's the first time I've ever seen a Disney on a Getaway before. But man, they are HIGH.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but I wonder if Disney is trying a new rental/marketing strategy with developer-controlled inventory.

Wow. Those prices are high. We own at SSR and use a trader to get in at other times. I was excited to see Disney turn up on Getaways...but wow at those prices!

Are these weeks turned into exchanges if they don't get bought. We are still looking for June 13th. Although at this late date I don't see it coming through.

Most of them aren't showing up for exchange.

I, too, thought they were priced very high (except the Christmas weeks) when you consider that some of the summer weeks listed can be rented directly from Disney at rates better than that. Which means you get maid service AND the ability to cancel within 5 days of your trip.

There's a general public code right now for the end of May and first of June for $205 a night for a SSR or OKW studio. And if you are an annual passholder, you can rent a studio for $199 a night through the summer.
