New resorts, how to know when available?

There are a number of resorts in II which show in the Resort Search but cannot be input as a pending request. These are being built or renovated. Is there any way of knowing when they're about to be released so that a request can be input asap so as to be at the top of the list.

I've recently missed the boat with JUM (Royal Palm, Jumeirah, Dubai) and also ZUS (Domina Ca'Zusto, Venice). There are three further resorts in Dubai that I'd like to add to my pending request but I can't, the system doesn't recognise the codes. When I call II they're unable to give me any further information on release dates.

Any ideas other than just trying every day?

Have you tried looking at the resort website to see if they have an open date?
Also, I would think that if it's a brand new resort in a new area, owners may not be trading yet. There has to be availability before some one can trade into a resort.

I wonder what kind of trading power you have to have to trade into Dubai?

Tho owners will not be trading, new resorts are required to give the major exchange companies weeks that can be exchanged for, thus making early after opening exchanges quite possible. Perhaps the best bet would to talk to an II VC about an ongoing request.

I've tried that but they can't put in a request until the system allows it - and they don't know when it will allow it! In fact they don't seem to know anymore than I do
