Right now I see a Four Seasons and Marriot Newport Coast available for November 08.
My question is-Why are they available? Is it the time of year? I'm from the east coast. Just wondering why 2 quality resorts are available.

There is nothing wrong with November in California as long as you don't need to swim in the Ocean.

1. It's not high season
2. A lot of people buy the cheaper weeks rather than pay more money on platinum weeks so there's more availability.

The high season in SoCal is summer. November tends to be a slow travel month almost everywhere (except maybe for Thanksgiving week.)

You must have a very high quality week to see the Four Seasons! What were you searching with?

Right now, you can get Marriott Newport Coast, from Oct - Dec., as a Getaway, on II.

Summer is really the only difficult time to get So Cal.

Longboat Bayclub Fl. As per the recommendations here, I deposited my floating week to a high trading week. I even got an AC which I have used for Disney Boardwalk next May.
