Cancun has a nice pool. I visited my friend at Grandview in August and the pool is big but cold. I was freezing and it was August in Vegas. You can try inputing the address on Google Maps and then press Satelite. You can get an idea on the size of the pool that way.

Freezing ppols in Vegas? That is odd. But maybe that's why some of the resports have heated pools.

I know it's weird. I don't know if the pool is heated or not but I was definitely cold and even the kids didn't stay in the pool for long. It was also windy. This same trip, I stayed at the Flamingo Hilton and the water was just wonderful.

However, I do like that Grandview is next to South Coast Casino. There's bowling for kids there.

WorldMark resort on Las Vegas Blvd (next door to the Cancun) has multiple large pools, several hot tubs, and a fantastic lazy river (all heated!!!)

The Tahiti Village is also supposed to have a lazy river and pool(s) - but I don't have first hand knowledge of that.

The Marriott, Tahiti, Club de Soleil etc .have smaller pools. Too small, as far as I am concerned!

We really enjoyed the Tahiti Village pool last July. We just came back from our 2nd stay today at Grand Desert (RCI) and the pool was FREEZING...we asked a few employees who said they keep it at 85, which it definately was NOT! We were trying to figure out if they cooled it or just were refilling it frequently to keep it clean. There is NO way it wouldn't be hot under normal conditions...here in Salt Lake our temps are 20 degrees less and our pools are warm! But, at Tahiti, we had no issues and we liked the shade they had there.

Marriott's pool may be the smallest of them all. In an attempt to make up for it, Marriott guests can present their key card at Planet Hollywoods pool enterance to use their pool. Still, even though it's a large pool Planet Hollywoods pool is less than spectacular IMO.

Yes it does but there are two. I believe the one referenced with a great pool is on LV Blv. There is also a Worldmard on Spencer St. that I don't believe to be as nice.

WorldMark Las Vegas is traded through II & RCI

There are three WorldMark resorts in Las Vegas.
                    • WorldMark Tropicana: Brand new, smaller pool.
                    • WorldMark Spencer Street: Oldest of the three;Queit; small pool.
                    • WorldMark Las Vegas Blvd; Large complex, with pools and lazy river.
All of these trade through II and RCI. More information about these resorts, with pictures, can be found here. [Go to the bottom of the page.]
