Flexchange and unit size

It's extremely difficult, if not impossible, to see a 2 bdrm Marriott ski week, with a low end, 1 bdrm unit. Ski weeks are some of the most difficult to get, and the Marriott preference will most certainly lock you out.

Is it possible? of course nothing is ever impossible, but your odds are extremely low. I'd suggest going another route. JMO.

When you post in the II Ops forum and you list Marriotts, are you searching with Marriotts and seeing them in the preference period?

I see some postings say things like - "No Marriott required" or "no xxxxx required". Am I supposed to read those opp postings for resort chains that have some sort of priority period as seen with a resort of the same flavor unless noted?

I have always suggested that during the early morning hours the marriott preference is lifted. with my foxrun AC I have seen marriots on ocassion beteeen 4am and 7am within the flex umbrella.

I'm sure many of you remember on Tug someone complained to Marriott about how non owners were getting marriotts. This affected the whole trading picture. This was about 5years ago.
