I will be taking ownership soon on a 3BR lockoff.

I have an II membership and also noticed they are affiliated with RCI.

Does anyone else have ownership here - can you tell me how well it trades with II if you give them summer weeks? Of particular interest is DVC - can you see them with your KCP unit?

I can't tell you about II or DVC, but i do know that there are not many timeshares in Williamsburg like there are in Orlando so it should trade good. In RCI it is hard to get a summer trade into Williamsburg.

From May until late September any Williamsburg t/s resort should be a great trader.

Williamsburg

We own a number of weeks at Kings Creek and also 2 weeks at Marriott Manor Club. Any time that you know you are going to trade your week you should book the highest demand week for your area. For Williamsburg this is usually week 26 (normally includes July 4th). Then immediately bank your week with II or RCI.

The stronger your banked week and the earlier you deposit all it, add to the strength of your week for trading purposes.

Also, try to conduct your trades as far in advance as you can reasonably plan your vacation. This gives you a far greater chance at success.
