I own 2 TS:
New Smyrna Beach - 1 BR float week - will be able to make my 2009 ressie on September 1st. Will deposit with II - they tell me from 01/01/09 to 07/29/09 deposits they will give me an AC - so that is what I will try to make my ressie for. (was actually gonna try for Daytona 500 week, Bike Week or Spring Break week).
Williamsburg - 3 BR lockoff float week - new purchase deed recorded - just awaiting resort confirmation. Had the previous owner make 2009 ressie for me cuz I was concerned it would be too late to get summer weeks once I took ownership. I confirmed with the resort they are holding a 1BR for late June and a 2BR for late July. Will deposit both of these with II - they tell me June 11 to Sept 2nd qualify for an AC.
I started to think if I give II all of these say on Sept 1st I will get back:
1. Resort week for New Smyrna.
2. Resort week for 1BR Williamsburg
3. Resort week for 2BR Williamsburg
4. 3 ACs
More thinking.....
1. The ACs are good for a year - that means I will have from Sept 08 to Sept 09 to use them.
2. The three resort weeks are good for a year from the week I give them (is this correct??). So that would mean:
* 1 BR Williamsburg - if I deposit the June 2009 ressie in Sept then I have from Sept 08 to June 2010 to use. (not sure if this is right)
Now my head hurts.....
1. I don't want to end up having to use all of these in a year.
2. I know I will want to use for DVC in January 2009, November 2009 & January 2010. (My FL location will see MOST DVC - but the stronger the week I give them the better)
3. We will want to go to New Hampshire a couple of times in the next year.
4. Anything left over - my family gets a free vacation.
Can someone let me know if what I "THINK" will happen above is even correct.
I assume there is a good reason not to dump all this into II in Sept. What is the best logic to try and spread these deposits and get them into late 2009 or 2010? If that is even possible.
(Also - the Williamsburg TS is odd year only - so I won't be getting those weeks for 2010).
Thanks in advance -
