I'd skip the QS plan. Even if you maximize it, you'll only be saving a few dollars here and there. I'd just buy what I wanted, when I wanted it, and expect that to be not much more, and probably less.
I agree with Brian, do you really want that nasty CS dessert that probably comes with the meal?
