Using AC vs. regular week

Found a 1BR in May at Disney Vero Beach. Could see it with "my units" but not with my ACs. Called II to confirm same trading power should be associated with both - they said yes. Checked the "more details" next to my AC and it DID NOT show this resort in the black out time periods. II agent said that those resorts are available the rest of the year - but not during that time period and since Vero is not on the grid then I can't use it. Just double checking to ensure they gave me the correct info. Thanks!!!

If you look at "the grid", you'll see the list of areas/dates you *can* exchange into. If it's not on that list, you'd have to wait until flexchange to get it with an AC.

That should be in FL-Vero/Treasure Coast If you see May for that area on your grid, then you should call back. Otherwise, you can't.

That's correct. I always had to use my regular weeks to see Vero.
