What are the guidelines and rules about what you can do with an II - AC? Can you give it away, can you trade it, can you sell it, etc.?

Well, yes, you can give it away...as in I am your friend and I pay the fee of say $299 for a 2BR plus $39 guest cert.
I don't think you can sell it per say.....but I have had ones I couldn't use that I have let friends online and 'real life' use.

Right now I am looking for an AC for my parents to use in May 2006 http://www.timeshareforums.com/showthread.php?t=8978 - the one I have in my account won't pull the resort my parents want so I am offering to 'give' my AC to someone who has an expiring one they aren't using if it can get the resort my parents want.
So this in essence would be a 'trade' between friends.

I just came back from a friends 50 B-Day Bash in Palms Springs....several of us used ACs for last minute bookings and the people using the units paid all the fees associated with the AC and guest cert.

Just got an AC for a deposit the other day. This one has about 40 resort were you can't use it VS the four or five for the AC I got last year.

Some great resorts AC's can be used at in Palm Springs area during their shoulder and off season....from what I just looked up. Turns out to be a great deal if you like the heat.
