How do you think Powell Place San Francisco one bedroom floating week will trade in II?
I usually get 4 of July week.

My expectation would be "fabulous, darling, simply fabulous!" I rarely see any SF in II, even with my top trader.

Ken, it should trade very well, it's got the gold laurel (used to be 5*) in II. I'd bet it would also get a bonus week, but call to check.

Yup.....should be a great trader, and I'd also guess that you'd get an AC.

BTW...Week 26 is the strongest trader, followed by 22, 23, 27, 51 & 52.

If one owns a one bedroom can it be traded up to a two bedroom in II?

II allows you to request a 2+ bdrm, using a 1 bdrm, if the timeshare you're requesting doesn't have anything less that 2+ bdrms. Otherwise, you can only put in a request for a 1 bdrm, or less.

However, anything that you see doing an online search with your 1 bdrm, you can grab.....2, 3 bdrms, doesn't matter. If you can see it, you can grab it.

Other than prime time, you will see plenty of 2 bdrms with a 1 bdrm. Also, if you can travel during flexchange, you'll see 2 & 3 bdrms at great locations using a 1 bdrm, or studio.
