These can be booked for 1 night, up to 7 nights. After looking through a little more carefully, most seem to be hotels. There are timeshares as well, but not nearly as many.

Yes, condodirect.com is one of the sites which II sells their weeks to the general public.

They are generally more than II sells their get-a-ways, but they also offer shorter stays than get-a-ways.

Vacation is direct rental to positive and gives an incredible getaway to the family to trips in the winter and the cabin sea in the late vacation. We arrange our idea in the middle of weeks it is not rent in the early vacation.
