My Analysis of SW Florida Availability

Back to SW FL in January, over the years I have been encouraged to use an Ongoing Search, with virtual personal guarantees from the encouragers that that will get us what we usetaget . . . or at least something.

I have had one running for Jan/2012 for awhile now.

Although the only match I have had so far was one in error and that we would not accept if it was not in error, a positive I can report is that no one has seen anything online that my search shoud have matched to.

Now, how is that for being positive, finding a bright spot in not seeing anything?

As for a comparison, for the years I documented availability, for January in SW FL, at 22 months out, here are the numbers I have seen in the past:

22: 10 11 6 5 9 7 6

That was searching with just one deposit. I am now searching with 5 deposits, that one and one that is a 2-bedroom Gold Crown in Peak Season.
