RCI Phone # Not Working
I just called the Weeks 800#, twice, and got the message, "You have just completed a successful test of the time zone call routing and the Call Center is now open."
Then it disconnected.

Was to have RCI as an affliate with my timeshare purchase and have yet to get this membership. It's been 11 months!!!! Anyone else have any trouble with joining them? And what is your opinion of using them?
Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on what you want out of your timeshare, it may or may not make sense. RCI is awful to deal with, but some of us continue to because of the places it gives us access to in trade. The increasing fees, trading power "adjustments," and generally poor customer service make for a lot of unhappy members. If you tell us what you own and the kinds of vacations you might want to trade it for, we might be able to offer some other suggestions. Generally, I would encourage everyone to take a look at the smaller independent exchange companies - check out the Exchange Company forums here to learn more.Originally posted by chattyc View PostComment
