Contrary to what others are saying, who are saying what they are saying based on being able to deposit your week far enough ahead, if you do have a floating week I suggest you get the highest demand week available, then deposit it as far out as you can.
For example, a Jan-March week in SW FL will have far more trading power than Sept-Nov. Every resort area has peaks and off peaks.
My point is that you should base your decision on the demand for the week over how far out you can deposit it.
After twenty years and tens of thousands of searches my feel is that a late deposited high demand week will likely do better than a crappy week banked far out, but any late deposit is not recommended.
