Yes, RCI rents out weeks deposited to the Exchange Pool. They have admitted that and the classaction lawsuit has legitimized it.
For the last 6 years as I have documented the dwindling supply of exchange opportunities to SW FL in January, I have occasionally asked here and elsewhere if anyone has found any place associated with RCI where those are being offered for rent.
Lets just make it any SW FL RCI resorts and anything for any January-March.
