Suites at Hershey showed 12 available, when clicked thru there were only 3.

Most others I'm getting RCI's version of the blue screen of death whenever I try to get details.

There was a post OY from someone who called after being frustrated by the same phantom sightings. In there case, the VC was able to see the same unit availability and booked the exchange for them. If you see something you want but can't book it online it might be worth a call. RCI does seem to be known for computer issues.
