RCI-DVC Ongoing Request Set-up Not Working

Hey. I am trying to set up an ongoing request for Wilderness Lodge. I enter DV08 to search for it... but when I enter it in the ongoing search resort ID box, along with my desired date range it won't process.

Error messge is Transaction Not Found. Like the resort ID isn't being recognized.

Anyone done such an ongoing request before? What am I doing wrong?

Log out, and log back in. The "transaction" it can't find is, (I think), the Relation # of the week you are trying to exchange.

Thanks. I did try that several times before posting for help, to no avail. However, this afternoon it went thru right away. Go figure.
