We left RCI back in 1987 and never looked back! All these years later and same complaints from members. We had friends that left and switched to II when they bought a timeshare that was with II and love it.
I bet RCI has big laugh around the break table reading these letters of complaining owners.
Wouldn't it be funny to have Sat Night Live do a spot as RCI handling complaining letters!
