So RCI seems to have fixed the problem that they had yesterday with inventory disappearing but now I am having a problem with putting a unit on hold. I go all the way through, I even have a confirmation email. But when I look at my account the unit is not on hold and when I try to put it back on hold I get this ridiculous notice "We cannot complete your renewal transaction - You were not charged for your last renewal attempt. Please call the Call Center to continue".
I also tried entering an ongoing search today but it does not stick either, even though I go all the way through with no problems. I don't know if it is because I have a credit on my account and RCI is not charging me. But it is not giving me the option to give them money either. Soooo frustrating.
