  • RCI site is up but...

not really stable. Changes are still going on. Trade power looks about the same, but only "bookable" deposits are being shown so far. Text on some parts of the screen is being overwritten. Guess I will check again in the morning.

I only have time for one area this morning so chose the one I know best and is obvious to me. I am not seeing a huge numbers or resort difference. Stiil a bit glitchy (note one week with a value of 21 that does not show on the original snapshot for the resort) Ican get trade up to work but not trade down. An unrated Bahamas resort in March has a higher exchange value than any of the Playa Linda weeks?

    1) All the resorts are listed in reverse alphabetical order

    2) The each available interval at a resort have a "Trading Power" # assigned

Playa Linda Beach Resort (#2139) 5 available units

I looked. Was curious. I only have one unit available to trade, so I don't know what it's power is. Did anyone see something that took more than 12?

Weeks searches from the points side can only be done through September of next year and availability is very limited.

I can't load s$#^ with Firefox or Safari. Oh, and the week on hold they promised to hold through today due to the weekend closure is no longer on hold. Hardly shocking

eta: I can now get at some stuff, but can't view my ongoing search. I am to see a deposit of mine sitting in inventory at a higher point value than the deposit is credited with in my account... grrrrrrrr....

Could not see trading power 21. Actually, of the few resorts I am looking, I could not see any one one above my highest trading power.

Look like they only display upto my highest trading power.

Also, seems like my invisible week has gone.

More like they just display the trading power.

This can be done, but it is non-obvious. Here is the mechanism to do it:

I am seeing this as well - can not see the Manhattan Club that was posted today as it is above what I have (one deposit) deposited....

For people who have 2 or 3 deposits right now that add up to 50-60, can you see the Manhattan Club?

I just took a quick look and it looks like I can only see resorts up to my highest trading power deposit also.
Jya-Ning, I can see my two non-visible deposits but they don't have an assigned tradi ng power and looks like you still have to call on those. Don't know what they use when you call but will check on that later.

Folks, you have to explicitly turn on the option to see above your highest trading power levels. See my link above for instructions.

Thanks, Look like the default is upto my trading power, I have to go extra steps to change it, that is convient.

It is $99 to combine deposit. Look like trade down is automatically? Since when I try to hold a last call, it just show me the difference in creadit? But I did not go all the way to actual hold it, so don't know if I will actual be able to use these credit.

The one disappeared is 1x1. I have one 28k deposit gone 2 or 3 weeks ago, and RCI claim I deposit it 2 years ago, so it expired, although I don't remember it is the case since I usually check their expiration day and will try to use them already, unless it is 1x1. But I don't have any print out as proof, so after few calls, I just let it gone.

Manhattan Club is 37 to 51 trading power. I will need 3 combinations.

As soon as you click on one region, click on top left panel that says "Change setting", than you can select to see all RCI deposit.

After the search, it display 2 parts, the top part is the one your deposit can get, the bottom part is the one that you have to combine them. It now assign all your possible deposit a trading value, so if you are short of it, you can just add extra deposit(s)

Unfortunately, I don't have any generics on deposit either, so I can't see what they did with them. If I get a spare moment, maybe I'll make a call later today.
