There is a Foxrun 15 available in Bargain deals on the dark side. With closing and 2011 paid.

Actually, I saw several free Foxruns, but I also subscribe to the theory that one should buy a timeshare somewhere one might actually want to go from time to time. I went camping to Lake Lure a number of times years ago when I was in the Boy Scouts, and it was fine for that purpose. I can think of lots of other places I would go first for a weeks vacation, however.

Actually, something like OBBC is what I had in mind, or even an II resort with a reasonable mf in a low supply / high demand part of Europe.

Look at your exchange history and confirmed exchanges and see if there are any that you have done with one deposit that no longer can be done with that same (one) deposit.

For us that was very revealing. All of them (16 I believe) now require more than one, m/l doubling our price of doing what we've been doing.

I looked at every resort with availability in SW FL. At all but one, owners are not able to get their own week with their own deposit.

It is the only thing that raises my hackles and has me thinking fraud. (OK the last minute rates bother me as well. )

I don't think they are done over at RCI and I'm willing to give them a couple weeks or so, knowing how horrid their IT department is, to right the ship.

Speaking of Europe, any recommendations...not buying but visiting...before the kids were born we ended up doing the usual tourist traps...London, Paris, Rome, Innsbruck, The Bavarian Countryside...

I figure they're watching us to see what they need to change. Oh, have I mentioned the Settlement Agreement? That's why they will do the changes, the fraud/scam we point out.

I'm sure they're working on our trades, that went 100% to two deposits, to get them back to one.

It's like they had one person doing deposit amounts and another doing exchange amounts, and they forgot to compare notes.

But, I have a little place picked out in SW FL, at the end of a canal that goes to the bay that goes to the Gulf. Right where we want it and where we're going New Year's Day. Canal looks big enough for a couple of jet skis.

A couple miles from the beach. Lotsa golf nearby. Other folks from here already there. I've googlemapped up and down all the nearby streets and looked at our neighbors.

Auction in late January.

shoulder season back to Branson.
