  • Remember the Classaction Lawsuit?

The settlement and all its exhibits and riders are over four inches thick, so we can not transmit. If you want only the settlement agreement without the exhibits and riders, it is attached in PDF. The settlement had been posted on line for more than six months at the Court approved web site for questions. Since being take down the settlement may now be down loaded and printed from the Court site Pacer.Cov. You will need to type in the District of New Jersey and find the RCI Weeks case. Thank you

Speaking of the settlement, I just wanted to take this time to thank you for all your hard work in getting me that accomodation certificate.

Just used it for a week at Sheraton Vistana Resort in a 2 bedroom.

I know, I know, I'm feeding the lion but until he bites me,
I'm throwing him a piece of meat.

That's chunk change compared to the new system it gave you.

And that's why they invented "last call".
You should try it, you might like it.

I have obtained a copy of the settlement agreement in pdf. It is 37 pages.

I want to copy and paste sections to answer some questions that have been asked, but it does not have the T (test editing tool).

I Copy-ed and pasted on the word processor, but it is in image format, not text.

          Any clues?
