Funny brokenness

I tried to use the web site's "send us an email" feature. After composing it, I was given the following error message:

Internal error occurred.
Please try after sometime.

On the points side I get a message saying that they are limiting what I see, click here for more information. When I roll my mouse over the 'click here' message a box pops up that says 'explainatory text'.
