  • RCI Points vs Fixed Week?

Looking to maybe grab another contract.
I am trying to feel out what is better exchanging position. Should I buy RCI points or RCI weeks.
Or just grab a cheap Wyndham points and do the exchange. I know the minor turmoil, involved at this time. Have been a Wyndham owner a while, But never really got into the owning thru RCI.
    Thanks

I'm gonna guess that you meant RCI Points vs. RCI weeks. You can have a fixed week points unit, not all Points units are floats.

RCI Points are cheap to buy and a lot have reasonable maintenance fees. There is a good deal being advertised in the ts4ms classifieds for RCI points that are based in Australia. This is not my ad but I own the same package as what is for sale.

In my opinion, buying an RCI Weeks unit for trading with a high trade power would be more expensive initially and there is no guarantee that you will retain your trading power in the future. I guess it depends on how high you need your trading power to be for the exchanges you wish to make.

I don't have any experience with Wyndham.
