Different resort codes for the same place, different TPUs

Just a heads up. RCIs deposit calculator is giving different TPUs to the same resort/weeks depending on which resort id# you use to deposit, check before depositing...

For example, some of Raintree's properties have Raintree owners and non-Raintree owners. The units are the same, the resort does not segregate units, they are all floating and all identical (at least at the resort I own). But one of my weeks gets a 3 TPU bump if deposited as Raintree. I am guessing you may see the same with other groups such as RHC, etc... [eta: I just checked one RHC resort - RHC takes a 3 point hit compared to nonRHC for the same week and unit size. Unit numbers are segregated b/t RHC and not, so not easy to work around].

Worth playing with before depositing if you own somewhere with multiple resort id #s.

following up on this, I was finally able to get RCI (through email, NOT phone) to adjust my deposit TPUs to match the higher of the two resort codes. HOWEVER, they did it by adding a deposit credit for the difference and then combining them, so the expiration of the deposit is now 11 months earlier than it should be. Currently working on fixing that, but anyone with a week that has more than one resort code should check the TPUs and contact RCI via email if there's a discrepancy.

I had a similar problem for a different reason, and RCI fixed the expiration date. I also did it via email.
