RCI Bonus Week Certificates

Hi - Just signed up for RCI and received 2 "bonus week" certificates. There are some restrictions printed on it (2-265 days out, Mexico, Dominican, couple of US and Spain locations), and a grid of what I assume are travel months, and a "value" of $199. Are these actually able to exchanged in for weeks, and are there restrictions on the type of unit or resort? We were actually looking at going to one of the locations in Mexico, but would only go if we could exchange for Gold or Silver crown resort. Any "hidden" costs that migh jump out at us at the last minute?

I have not yet used my bonus weeks but I talked to an RCI agent and he said that the bonus week can be used any where there is avalibility 6 months out of less. I know I can use it at a gold crown resort in Las vages.
