We know they have always had problems in the IT department, but with all the inequities and unfairness that has been revealed in the new Weeks program, it is suspect that the tools used to check on things aren't working.

Weird, I can check everything (well, maybe not EVERYTHING) but things I have picked randomly, but I cannot get this one resort to work. As I wrote before, weird.

It is entirely possible that there is some "Web cookie" that is making life difficult for your account on your computer, completely by accident, rather than someone at RCI inserting code specifically to block your account from being able to compute deposit trading power. As Napoleon reminds us: Never ascribe to malice that which can be explained by stupidity.
Frankly, if someone at RCI tried to do something like that, I don't think they'd be able to get it right. Like as not, they'd melt the site.
So, next time you find yourself in the public library, try it from one of their computers, with both accounts. Just to see. I'm not saying it will work, but it might.Comment

When I do the same thing with our account, the Deposit Calculator is blank. Under Managing Your Deposits, when you click on Deposit Calculator next to one of your deposits, the Deposit Calculator has that resort already entered.
Mine does not even do that. The resort is not entered. I can enter stuff in that box, but everything is just dead.
It's working for other accounts today, just not mine.
Anyone else?
