What if you have extra points left over? Can you give them away?

Let's say I have a 25-point deposit in RCI. I exchange it for a 15-point exchange. Now I have 10 points left over.

Can I give my friend Joe Blow take my 10 leftover points, so that he can combine them with HIS 10 leftover points and get something for 20 points? Can this be done?

I assume Joe will have to pay that $99 combining fee...but will he have to pay anything else? Would he have to pay a guest certificate fee, since 10 of the points were his?

You can transfer the points to Joes account for $99 - and then Joe would have to pay to combine.

RCI has REALLY created a Gold Mine $$$ for themselves with all these new fees
