Cannot See RCI Reviews

I cannot get to RCI reviews from anywhere on their site. When I view a resort either in just looking at resorts or when doing a search and click on "reviews" it comes up and says "not yet reviewed" even when there are a number of reviews listed.
Any once else experiencing this? I have sent 2 emails to RCI and got no replies so far.

I can't see the reviews either. Every time I click on it, it sends me to the log on page. RCI is aware, but it has been this way for a couple weeks for me anyway.

That's what happens to me. My online account has been near useless for close to a month.

After your ist of available resorts comes up, click the avaibale units tab, then the resort details tab, and then the reviews tab. Usually works for me when I follow this sequence.

alternative

A great alternative is to go to tripadvisor.com/VacationRentals website as they give resort reviews the same as motel/hotel reviews. Just use their search function. Most everything is listed. I have found you can usually just go to their motel reviews site and find them there as well.

I find what the majority of people say about a place is pretty accurate.

Reviews also worked for me if I go to resort directory from the RCI home page BEFORE I log in. I also got there using the tab on view available units page when searching. HTH
