That is a phrase I have used since it started to, since Ms. DeHaan cashed out her chips, and something I've said more frequently since I began documenting the decline in 2004.
The other half of what I have said is . . . we will just walk away from it with fond memories of more than 100 wonderful vacations.
Isn't it appropriate, therefor, that at just the time it has totally gone to hell in a handbasket for us, a way to do the same thing, only better, longer, and at less expense, and, maybe, with a real chance for financial appreciation, comes along? Now we will spend four months, or more, a year, doing what we have been doing only two weeks a year.
I guess there always is another chapter, or a sequel.
Now, how does one get rid of unwanted timeshares? Funny that that's where I'm at, since I have helped others do that over the years.
