RCI now hiring the rude???

I have called RCI 3x in the last 3 weeks and I swear each time I get the most condesending rude customer service people ever...Honestly I have always had pleasant experiences before...

RCI often asks us to fill out a survey of the customer service after calling. But never when I get a Rude Person....I wonder why

Ask for their name early in the conversation, it might make for a more pleasant chat.

RCI hires the rude and incompetent in combo! It takes a talented HR dep't to pull that off.

Get the guide's name and note the time you are calling (out loud to him/her) when you start your conversation.
