points for deposit question

Has anyone done a PFD lately? If so, how long did it take for the points to show up in your account? I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now. Over a week ago I received an email from RCI confirming my deposit; however, there is still nothing in my account. RCI told me it can take "several more weeks" before the points will be in my account. I have never had it take so long before. TIA

I did one in Feb. Took about a week when they got it right for a week that already deposited in the weeks account. No reason to take that long since the week is already confirmed. The initial deposit had problems and took over a month to resolve as they did a PFD for I week that I do not own. It was later rejected (obviously). Calling in was useless as the VG was clueless. Finally resolved by email.

Check the weeks side of your points account. They put 8 weeks in the weeks side after I paid the fee to have them put them into PDF.

The last PFD's I did took 7 days. It was at 120 days; a good 30 days before the 90 day point. You are at the mercy of the VG, RCI and the resort when it comes to confirmation time.

What is the longest after depositing something as a week can it be changed to a PFD? Does it matter if it has disappeared from availability?

Now it is going on 4 weeks and I still do not have my points. The deposits are not in my weeks account either. I have called several times and also talked to supervisors. They say that the department that does the PFD's are busy and it will get done. In the meantime, I have missed out on exchange opportunities that I wanted. Any ideas on what I can do?
