I did an exchange online this past week - and I got "change" back from the exchange. I have a 'full' deposit and 1TPU left over from a different exchange

I did not call to get any info....if someone does please post your results/response. By calling I assume you pay the additional $20 phone fee but would save the $99 combination fee....I wonder if you do not NEED to combine to get the exchange if they will still do the combo free?
